Who We Are

PBM Lending – Place to Borrow Money was started by a cooperative effort of the Osage Nation Executive Branch and the Osage Nation Congress. The vision is to improve access to resources and to meet the needs of Osage people and our shared communities today and for generations to come. Together they created the laws and systems to make this Native-focused Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Our full corporate name is Manzeska Ota Tsi (Place to Borrow Money), we are doing business as PBM Lending. PBM is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. Our main goal is to provide services and lending products that improve the financial condition and economic development for our clients.
